Yes, multiple people can log in to an account at the same time. Every Spotter is linked to one account. Anyone who is in possession of these credentials can log in with this. This can also be several people at the same time. The reports issued by the Spotter are sent to everyone who is logged in via the Spotter app.

Suppose a team of 10 people have all installed the Spotter app and are logged in with the same account, all 10 people will receive the same notification.
