I can no longer log in

If the message that your email address and/or password is incorrect is displayed, the combination you entered is incorrect. In this case, look up the correct information or request a new password. Do this as follows:

  1. Go to the online account and click on ‘forgot password’.
  2. Enter the email address of the account here.
  3. You will now receive a notification that an email has been sent.
  4. Open the email and click the link. Didn’t receive an email? It may have ended up in the SPAM box.
  5. Now set a new password.
  6. Now go back to the login page and log in with the new password.
