I can no longer log in
If the message that your email address and/or password is incorrect is displayed, the combination you entered is incorrect. In this case, look up the correct information or request a new password. Do this as follows:
- Go to the online account and click on ‘forgot password’.
- Enter the email address of the account here.
- You will now receive a notification that an email has been sent.
- Open the email and click the link. Didn’t receive an email? It may have ended up in the SPAM box.
- Now set a new password.
- Now go back to the login page and log in with the new password.
