I cannot add an extra Spotter to my account

First check whether the Spotter code (on the blue card) has been entered correctly. It seems like a logical step, but we regularly notice that the Spottercode code is copied incorrectly.

Have you already linked the Spotter to another account? Then you must first remove it from that account. This can be done by logging in via the account to which the Spotter is linked. Due to the GDPR legislation, we are not allowed to change or delete data and you must transfer the Spotter yourself.

You can remove the Spotter by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Go to the search glass/icon at the bottom of the blue bar.
  3. Select the Spotter you want to remove and go to ‘Settings’.
  4. Click on ‘remove system’ and click on agree to remove the Spotter. (Note that you may have to scroll down to see this bar).
  5. The Spotter has been removed.

Then add the Spotter to the correct account:
Log in to the account.
– Go to the “Add Spotter” menu.
– Enter the 12-letter Spotter code on the blue card here.
– The Spotter is now linked to your account and you can start using it.
