My Spotter is not charging
See which product you have and how best to charge the Spotter.
Spotter GPS Watch
Use the supplied USB cable for charging. Place the two dots of the charger on the connectors on the back of the Spotter GPS Watch. Then place the end of the cable in a USB port or USB charger, after which the Spotter GPS Watch will start to charge. A battery that is being charged will appear on the screen of the Spotter GPS Watch. As soon as it is full (the Watch is fully charged after 4 hours), you may disconnect the Spotter GPS Watch from the power and switch it on.
Make sure that the pins of the charger are properly seated on the Spotter GPS Watch. If the pins are not inserted properly, the Spotter will not charge. If you put the Spotter on the charger when it is completely empty, it will take 5 to 10 minutes before you can switch on the Spotter.
Spotter GPS Tracker
Attach the USB cable to the USB charger and plug it into the socket. Insert the end of the USB cable into the port on the side of the Spotter GPS Tracker or place the Spotter in the charging dock. The Spotter GPS Tracker will be fully charged within 2 – 3 hours. Make sure the end of the USB cable is properly plugged into the Spotter GPS Tracker, otherwise the Spotter will not charge.
Pet Spotter
Use the supplied USB cable for charging. The Pet Spotter has a magnetic charger that attaches itself to the Pet Spotter. When the charger is properly connected, the LED ring will light up and flash. As soon as the Pet Spotter is charged to 5%, it will turn on automatically and a sound will be heard.
Spotter GPS Watch – Air
Use the supplied USB cable for charging. The Spotter GPS Watch – Air has a magnetic charger that attaches itself to the Spotter GPS Watch. Place the end of the cable in a USB port after which the Spotter Watch – Air will start to charge. A battery that is being charged will appear on the screen of the Spotter GPS Watch Air. As soon as it is full (after 2-3 hours the Watch will be fully charged), you may disconnect the Spotter GPS Watch – Air from the power and switch it on.
