My Spotter does not work abroad

All our products work throughout Europe. You can see which countries this applies to here. Outside Europe, the Spotter has no network coverage and is therefore unable to send out locations.

If the Spotter has been outside and then back in Europe in a short time frame, the most suitable network will be picked up immediately. If your Spotter does not work, we advise you to go through these steps.
