Has my shipment been delayed or not yet delivered/sent?

We and our partner DHL do our utmost to ship and deliver your order on time. You can follow the shipping process via a track and trace code, which is sent after the order is placed.

Shipment delayed
Occasionally, a shipment can be delayed in the sorting process. Usually, this is a 1 or 2 day delay. This can also be monitored on the DHL website via the track and trace code.

Not yet shipped
Sometimes a shipment might be shipped later. If the order has not been shipped after 2 working days, please contact Spotter’s customer service via our contact page.

Not yet delivered
Check with the track and trace code whether the order is on its way. If you have not received the order after 3 working days, please contact our customer service via the contact page .
