I ordered the wrong product

Woops, ordered the wrong product… No problem, it is possible to cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Please inform us as soon as possible via the online chat or via the contact form .

If your order has already been shipped, you can return the product to us after receipt. You can read how to do that here. If you are a private customer and you want to cancel and return your purchase, this is possible up to 14 days after purchase. However, there is no right of dissolution for business purchases.
