– Potential customer. You have once requested a quote, but never placed an order. The data that we delete concerns your name, address details, telephone number and e-mail address.
– Spotter Account holder. We delete your entire account, location history, address details, telephone etc. We will not (yet) destroy only invoice data that we have to keep for tax reasons.
– Unsubscribe from newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter by e-mail, you can also unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter. You will continue to receive e-mails about your Spotter account, unless you also delete your account.
– Spotter webshop account. We will delete your entire webshop account, address details, telephone number etc. We will not (yet) destroy invoice details that we have to keep for tax reasons.
– Contact person. We will delete your name, email address and telephone number from our systems.
– Former employee/Applicant. We will automatically delete all data 7 years after termination of employment. We will delete all data that you have ever provided to us, e.g. CV, immediately.
