I am not receiving any notifications on the Spotter app
Once logged in via the Spotter app, you will receive push notifications. These appear immediately on the screen as soon as the notification is issued. If you do not receive any notifications, you probably need to grant permission for this. You can easily adjust this in the settings of your smartphone itself, i.e. not via the Spotter app.
On Android devices
- Go to ‘Settings’
- Then to ‘Notifications’
- Go to the Spotter app
- Turn on the notifications here
On Apple devices
- Go to ‘Settings’
- Then to the Spotter App
- Then to ‘reporting’
- Turn on ‘notifications’.
