I cannot download the Spotter app

We are sorry that you have not yet been able to download the Spotter app. We will help you with this by following the steps below.

Step 1: Internet connection

It is useful to always check the basic conditions first. Check if the device is connected to the internet. A WiFi connection is recommended to download the app, but you can also use mobile data. Check if you are connected to a network.

Step 2: the right store

You are connected to a network. Now check whether the App Store or Google Play store is set to the correct country. The Spotter app can only be downloaded within countries in Europe.

Step 3 : the right software

Then check whether you have the correct software version on your device.

The Spotter app requires the following software versions:
Android: 6.0 or later
 iOS: 12.0 or later

Now that the basics are good, you can download the Spotter app in the Google Play Store or App store.

Google Playstore

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Search for ‘Spotter’.

3. Select the Spotter app.

4. Click install.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

6. When the app has been downloaded, click on open and log in with your details.

The app can always be found on the Home screen. You may have to scroll to the next page to find it.


App store

1. Go to the App Store.

2. Go to search (bottom right) and tap ‘Spotter’ in the search bar.

3. Now click on the Spotter app.

4. Click the install

5. The app will be downloaded and installed.

6. Open the app and now log in with your details.
