How can I change details in my webshop account?

If you want to change the details in your webshop account, please follow these instructions. You will need to log in to your webshop account and go to “account”.

Change address details
Go to the address book in your account and on this page you can change the delivery address and default billing address.

Please note: if you have just placed an order and you want to change the address, please contact customer service via the contact page .

Change email address
If you want to change your email address in the webshop account, log in and go to “account”. On this page, click on “account details”. Here you can change the email address of your webshop account. Then click on change email address and enter the new email address and your current password. Click save and it’s done.

Change your phone number
In the webshop account, log in and go to “account”. You can also change your phone number by going to the address book and editing it.
