How can I return the Spotter?

We are sorry that you are considering returning your purchase. We would like to do everything we can to ensure that the product meets your wishes and expectations. If you fill in the contact form on our website, we will contact you shortly.


Return in case of defect

If the Spotter does not work as expected, our customer service will be happy to check this for you. Fill in the contact form on our website and you will receive a message from us within 48 hours. Often within a few hours.


Return within 14 days

If you, as a consumer, want to cancel and return your purchase, this is possible up to 14 days after purchase. However, there is no right of dissolution for business purchases.

You can send your purchase with the return form to the address below, after which the purchase amount will be credited.
Please note: we cannot process your return shipment without a return form.

Please ensure that the return shipment is provided with:

  • Original packaging
  • The Spotter including charging cable + spotter code
  • Original proof of purchase
  • Return form

Only when the product and the packaging are in original, complete, undamaged condition can the right of dissolution be claimed. All accompanying documentation, warranty certificates and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment. Before invoking the warranty, please read the warranty conditions carefully.
