Return in case of defect

If the Spotter does not work as expected, our customer service will be happy to check this for you. Fill in the contact form on our website and you will receive a message from us within 48 hours. Often within a few hours.

Return within 14 days

If you, as a consumer, want to cancel and return your purchase, this is possible up to 14 days after purchase. However, there is no right of dissolution for business purchases.

NB: only when the product and the packaging are in original, complete, undamaged condition can the right of dissolution be claimed.
