Can’t complete the payment when ordering prepaid credit in your account? Then check the following:

• Does your screen not open to proceed to checkout? Please go through the steps of the upgrade again.
• Have all the details been entered correctly?
• Have you agreed to the Terms and Conditions by clicking the checkbox?
• Is there an issue at your bank?
• Do you have the option to pay for your order via another payment method?
