Reset step-by-step plan Pet Spotter

Step 1. Turn off the Spotter

Log in to your Spotter account and go to the map. Click on the Spotter and a screen with functions will appear. Here you click on “Disable Spotter”.

Step 2. Fully charge the Pet Spotter

Use the supplied USB cable for charging. The Pet Spotter has a magnetic charger that attaches itself to the Pet Spotter. When the charger is properly connected, the LED ring lights up and flashes. As soon as the Pet Spotter has been charged for 5%, it will turn on automatically and a sound will sound.

Step 3. Turn on the Spotter

The Pet Spotter turns on automatically while charging. If not, turn on the Pet Spotter by pressing and holding the SOS button until the LED ring lights up and a sound is heard. Now take the Pet Spotter outside for the best possible range.

Step 4. Get the location

Request the location manually. You log in to your Spotter account, go to the map, click on the Spotter and a screen with functions opens. Here you click on “request location”. You will receive the current location of the Pet Spotter every 20 seconds for 3 minutes.

Step 5. The location comes in
